The building, measuring 22.171 m² BVO is subdivided into 19.923 m² of business and 2.248 m² of offices. With parties like Ahold, HelloFresh and Lidl, Prisma- industrial estate is the one logistics food-hotspot in the Randstad. This innovative distribution centre is built on a plot of 5.2 hectare. This centre also provides space for 418 car parking spaces and 151 electric vans. Mies Architectuur signed for the design and Pleijsier Bouw realised it. Obviously with a BREEAM Very Good certificate for sustainability.
