Borghese Logistics buys 5.2 ha at the Prisma business park in Bleiswijk for high-quality logistics new construction

On June 5, Borghese Logistics purchased 5.2 ha at the business park Prisma in Bleiswijk from “Bedrijvenschap Hoefweg” for a high-quality new building for the logistics market. The deed was signed during a festive moment on the Provada. With this purchase, Borghese Logistics starts the development of phase 2 at this business park.

The site is located on the A12 and directly next to the new Lansingerland-Zoetermeer station of the RandstadRail and NS. In phase 1, Borghese Logistis developed the e-commerce distribution center for HelloFresh at this location in Bleiswijk. This 20,000 m² distribution center was delivered mid-2018.

Just like phase 1, phase 2 meets all modern requirements such as, for example, FM-Global and BREEAM, which are imposed on such new construction. For example, the distribution center has an extensive range of components that positively influence sustainability. Heating and cooling of the building takes place by applying the most modern heat pumps and PV panels are placed on the roof.

The location of business park Prisma is central; in the middle of the four largest cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Utrecht) and various roads such as the A4, A12, A13 and A20. Mediq, Aldi, Drake-Farrell, Hoogvliet, ThermoFisher, Cemex Trescon, HelloFresh, Rexel and MRC Global are also located on the business park.

With our projects, the focus is always on the specific wishes of the end user, with special attention to sustainability.
