Borghese Logistics/AEW lets out 5,000 m² in Amsterdam Westpoort to Beentjes Veldhuizen Transport Groep

Borghese Logistics and AEW have leased approx. 5,000 m² of company space at the Kaapstadweg 36C in Amsterdam for a long-term period to Beentjes Veldhuizen Transport Groep.

Beentjes Veldhuizen Transport Groep is one of the 100 largest logistical service providers of the Netherlands, has over 80 of its own pulling units and also works with a large group of charters. In total, Beentjes Veldhuizen Transport Groep has over 150 employees under employment.

The Kaapstadweg is at a strategic location in the Amsterdam port, one of the world’s most important logical hubs. With cargo traffic of 100 million tonnes per year, Amsterdam is one of the top five sea ports of Western Europe. The strategic and central location in Europe makes the port easily accessible and ensures excellent connections to all large European markets.

After completion of this transaction, the second phase of the total development (67,000 m²) at the Kaapstadweg was also leased out completely. The third phase (B3) of approx. 30,000 m² is already in preparation and the estimated time of completion is in Q4 2020.

Borghese Logistics and AEW were consulted in this transaction by JLL and Industrial Real Estate Partners.
