Borghese Logistics is developing a sustainable logistics center of approximately 60,000 m² in Laar, Germany, located at the strategically positioned GVZ Europark. The project marks Borghese’s first real estate development in Germany and is fully designed for multimodal transport by rail and road. With its own rail connection and integrated internal loading platform, the site serves as a crucial link within the Green Wagon Corridor of Westerman Multimodal Logistics.
