Amsterdam Metropolitan Industrial District (AMID) Amsterdam

"A strategic location where the strength of the Port of Amsterdam and future growth come together."

In Amsterdam-Westpoort, Borghese Logistics is developing the Amsterdam Metropolitan Industrial District (AMID). Located at Donauweg 14-16, the development is designed for companies looking to combine production, showroom, logistics and value-added activities under one roof.

The development is fully build-to-suit for logistics, light industrial and heavy industrial use on a site of approximately 40,000 m². AMID will be a next-generation industrial location with environmental category 5.1, a permitted building height of up to approximately 50 metres and 5.2 MW of contracted power capacity, just a 10-minute drive from Amsterdam city centre and the port.

The development will be realised in accordance with high-quality, future-proof sustainability and wellbeing standards, with BREEAM and WELL certification as key objectives.
